Has 10 tough fences or six hurdles in a circuit. Which finishes with a 240 yard uphill run in. A right handed galloping track, triangular in shape and is renowned for needing good stamina and jumping when the going is soft.
There are 9 relatively simple fences on a circuit of approximately 1m 3f. Its a left handed track with three sharp turns and a run in of 325 yards.
This left handed track has a home straight of roughly half a mile. The uphill nature of this course gives it the reputation of being on of the toughest sprint courses in the UK. Overall draws have minor effects but in larger fields low numbers are favoured.
This is an almost perfect oval right handed track of 1m 3f. High numbers are favoured in 1m or less races. the 5f course being a particularly tough test for 2 year olds.
A great track for a front runner, there is no real straight so a quick start can be hugely beneficial. Low numbers are favoured on sprints but be wary of heavy ground. Its a sharp, right handed, undulating course with a run in of 3 1/2 f.

Right Handed, featuring 9 relatively easy but well built fences along with 6 hurdles per circuit, the course is around 1m 5f in total. The long striding galloping types are favoured. There is also a serious uphill run in of 300 yards.
This course has a run in of around half a mile, making it the longest run in of any National Hunt course in the UK. It is a left-handed sharp, flat course of just 1m 1f and six fences per circuit.
Oval, left handed track of around 1m 2f with 8 fences per circuit and a run in of 280 yards. Races over 2 miles are started on a chute, before joining the main course a fence is jumped on the 2m course.

5f downhill right handed loop course which is very undulating and very quick. High numbers do well with a quick start in large races.
6f straight track with a right handed pear shaped loop at one end. The longer races start in front of the stands around the loop and back to the straight

Rectangular right handed course, 1m 6f in length and a run in of 240 yards. 10 fences and 7 hurldes per circuit with an elbow 150 yards before the finish. A truly stiff test for any horse.
Oval, right hander, 1m 4f in length and a 450 yard run in. Ultimately this is a fast course, however, 8 fairly stiff fences and 4 hurdles call for sound jumping.
